Instructions
Placing ads on iGearList is always free. You are welcome to browse the listings without logging in or being a registered user. To place an ad you must create a registration name and password. Once you are registered you can log in and place ads.Once you are logged in:
- IMPORTANT: By using iGearList you are agreeing to our Terms of Use.
- Please note that any relationship that you develop through iGearList is solely between you and the other party involved.
- You have to begin browsing in order to Submit an Ad. When you get to the category you want your ad to appear in, submit the ad.
- Ads can go in only one category.
- If you can't find the category you need, place the ad under a more general heading. It will still be easy to find, and searchable across the website. Contact us if we're missing a category, and we'll add it!
- If your photo includes spaces in the file name, it will be rejected. For example, the image name: "North Face Backpack" would be rejected but "North_Face_Backpack" will work.
- Currently, the maximum image file size is 10MB, and 3000 x 3000 pixels.
- The larger the image, the longer it takes to upload...be patient.
- Photos are not mandatory, (but they do help).
- Ads will run for 180 days, or until you take them down. You will have the option to extend your ad indefinitely until your item sells.
- Log in to modify your ads at any time.
